Payments made after operational hours of financial institutions (during the New year holiday) will be reflected in the account on the next business day.If you need assistance from the support team, such as rectifying account identification number or remittance name, we will respond to you accordingly on business days.
*2. Withdrawal requests will be accepted even on holidays. The standard deposit for domestic banks is 3 business days from the withdrawal request. It may be handled on the next business day depending on the status of the transfer destination financial institution or the payee account.
