Note:

*1. Payments made after operational hours of financial institutions (including Saturday, Sunday and national holiday) will be reflected in the account on the next business day. If support desk assistance is required, we will respond in order on our business days.
*2. Withdrawal requests will be accepted even on holidays. The standard deposit for domestic banks is 3 business days from the withdrawal request. It may be handled on the next business day depending on the status of the transfer destination financial institution or the payee account.

Deposit and withdrawal requests are expected to be crowded during the Golden Week Holiday period. Thus, processing may take longer than usual. Kindly ensure that you plan your procedure early to avoid delays.

Approval of KYC documents / Inquiry customer support

Aurapay support desk will only be providing limited services during the period from April 29, 2025 – May 6, 2025 (excluding April 30, 2025 – May 2, 2025). We accept submission of certificates and inquiries, but we will respond to them during business hours.
Please note that it may take longer than usual to respond.
